MENTORING

“One of the greatest values of mentors is the ability to see ahead what others cannot see and to help them navigate a course to their destination.” John C. Maxwell

What is Mentoring ?

Mentoring is when resources who are exceptionally good at performing specific tasks illustrate their competencies to employees who are lacking such skills. Employees are therefore being told how to execute certain actions. Progress is mentored on a regular basis and constant feedback is given to ensure transfer of skills took place successfully. The objective is to function independently in future.
