I completed the Enneagram Questionnaire in August 2018 for self -development as well as career development purposes. The feedback sessions on my Enneagram Report was used to kick-off my coaching sessions with Ester Pelser. Our objective was to define key goals on a personal as well as career level and also identify and discuss any perceived obstacles.
Our first session was mainly a debriefing session on the outcomes of the Enneagram report, and the subsequent sessions were focused on the setting of future goals (personal and career). By the end of our sessions we had managed to identify three goals for each of the mentioned areas.
I will highly recommend Ester as a Coach, either Life Coach or Business Coach. She is an extremely professional and knowledgeable coach who was always punctual and well prepared for our sessions. She establishes a relationship of trust quickly through her honesty, and clarifies expectations upfront. She is really skilled in “connecting-the-dots” and to provide guidance accordingly. She will often ask questions to ensure understanding and when faced with sensitive issues, treat it with the required empathy. I also found her creative in how she presented information/content. Her main focus was to assist me in developing their Recruitment skills and IT knowledge, planning and prioritising, enhancing client awareness, improving service delivery and achieving ales targets.
Ester applied her coaching skills on an ad-hoc basis by assisting certain individuals to further develop their interpersonal skills, self-confidence, assertiveness, communication/conflict management skills, overcoming obstacles and staying motivated in a highly competitive environment.
